The Council of Turkish Cypriot Associations UK (CTCA)held its annual general assembly for the year 2023-2024 on Sunday, March 31st at the Grand Palace Banqueting Suite.

During the annual assembly, attended by member associations and school administrations, financial reports and activity reports were presented and approved. Recommendations and suggestions from members were evaluated, and consensus was reached on implementing future projects.

Council President Kenan Nafi announced during his speech that the 7th Cyprus Turkish Culture Festival will be held on June 30th at Donkey Lane, Enfield. Information was provided to the general assembly about the work done so far. He expressed confidence that all member associations and willing friends would work tirelessly, as they always have, to ensure the widest participation in the festival.

Additionally, at the General Assembly attended by Young CTCA, Nafi stated that they would provide full support to our youth in preserving our traditions and customs.
