A North London clinic has spoken about the treatment it offers male patients who are unable to have children.

At Regency International Clinic in Islington, which specialises in a range of treatments including infertility and sexual dysfunction, men are offered a straightforward route for diagnosing any possible fertility problems.
Male infertility can be due to sperm problems, including sperm that is absent, low in number, dead, immotile or affected by high sperm abnormality.
Diagnose is relatively straightforward too – it is generally by means of semen analysis or sperm testing. However, the clinic further investigation may be needed to work out the underlying cause and decide on the appropriate treatment for you.
Patients are advised to avoid sexual intercourse for 2-3 days before the test.
Regency International performs the test between 9:30am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday and results are often available the same day if a sperm function test is not required.
Patients may need medication to improve the quality and quantity of their sperm in order to achieve a spontaneous natural pregnancy or increase your chances of success with IVF.
