London’s Other Players  to take to the stage with ‘The Sun Sets in the East’

London’s Other Players will be performing on 27 March World Theater Day. As their name suggests, they aim to open a space and raise awareness about everything, including humans and even all living things, and those who are marginalized and ignored.

“The Sun Sets in the East” focuses on everyday fascism that leads to major wars. It tells the stories of people in a country where war started with the reign of weapons and then was occupied. Focusing on the “dark side” of the human soul while the sun, symbolizes the new day and freshness by rising in the east.

In addition to being in the preparation of new plays, the Other Actors keep their doors open to everyone, not only in acting, but also in the fields of writing, lighting, set-costume and music. They also continue to train new actors who want to attend the drama course for those over the age of 15.

The play will be held at THEATER 16 Northwold Rd, Stoke Newington, London N16 7HR  on October 8th at 3.30pm and 7.30pm and on October 9th at 7.30pm.
