One of the days I had trouble breathing, my family got worried and called the ambulance, I had to wait about five hours in the ambulance due to the busy hospitals. Later, I was taken to the Whipps Cross Hospital and high flow oxygen therapy was applied in the intensive care unit.
In general, I was experiencing constant shortness of breath and panic attacks for this reason because I was having difficulty breathing. The first days in the hospital were very difficult, I was in pain and I was out of breath. My oxygen levels started to deteriorate, the virus caused involvement in the lungs, so a more severe treatment was applied. There were many patients in the intensive care unit I was in, who were under treatment for a long time, the treatment process of this pandemic can really take a long time. Healthcare professionals and doctors have taken good care of me, I cannot thank enough to the National Health System (NHS). However, the hospitals are very busy and there are not enough health workers, the waiting period can be very long. ”
