London Helping Angels say goodbye to Başaran

The dinner took place in a Turkish restaurant located in Canary Wharf, whereby TRNC London Representative Zehra Başaran, her mother Gülten Başaran, London Helping Angels President Nurten Mehmet and committee members attended.

LONDON Helping Angels were established to support cancer patients and proceeded to do with its successful projects and events so far. London Helping Angels have organised a farewell dinner in honor of Zehra Başaran, TRNC London Representative.

A farewell dinner was organised due to Zehra Başaran retiring in September and returning back to Cyprus.

Speaking at the farewell dinner, Başaran said she will return to Cyprus after completing her role in London and also congratulated London Helping Angels for their support towards cancer patients and hoped for this support and success to continue.

The London Helping Angels wished Başaran a peaceful and healthy retirement and added:

“Although we met towards the end of your tenure, we will continue to benefit from the valuable advice you have provided to us. You might be retiring though we are sure that you will contribute to share your knowledge and guidance with us. Good days are waiting for you.”

After the farewell dinner, Nurten Mehmet and committee members presented gifts to Zehra Başaran.
