“History and Benefits of the October Revolution”

IN RUSSIA a panel was held by Day-Mer for the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution.

The Turkish Kurdish Community Solidarity Center (Day-Mer) celebrates the 100th anniversary of the October Revolution, also known as the Bolshevik Uprising. The activities to be carried out will started with the panel entitled “History and Achievements of the October Revolution”, in which journalist Aydın Çubukçu participated in.

The main slogan was pre-panel attendance and the October Revolution documentary was followed. Journalist Çubukçu, was the first to speak after the documentary, used the expressions “A new October Revolution, a new socialism breakthrough is not only a longing but a real human need and a dream that can be realized”. “What comes to mind in the case of the achievements of the October Revolution is that there is a change in the lives of the working class, a list of what they have earned financially, growth in the volume of production, education, health, social housing, and what the October Revolution is all about.” Çubukçu explained what the October Revolution brought to humanity, the working class, and the people who wanted a revolution.

“Before the October Revolution, Russia experienced another revolution. In fact, there were two revolutions; the first is the 1905 revolution. We can talk about a process starting from the middle of 1904 until 1907. “Çubukçu mentioned how he prepared the substructure of the October Revolution.

The October Revolution, led by Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, known as Lenin, resulted to the overthrow of the Petrograd transitional government following the overthrow of the Russian Tsar, resulting in the formation of the Soviet Union. Çubukçu also stated that the October Revolution was regarded as a coup by the Bolsheviks by some circles and said that the revolution benefited not only the working class in the member states of Russia and the Soviet Union but also the working class in some large industrial states.

“There has never been a revolution in Germany, France, Italy, but the October Revolution has a lot to gain when workers have a certain refund.”

VISIT TO MARKS GRAVE

The Day-Mer’s gathered at noon Sunday (October 22nd) after a panel discussion on “The History and Benefits of the October Revolution” on Saturday, October 21, and visited the tomb of Marks. The Day-Mer members who visited the tomb of Karl Marx in London, the most influential name of the October Revolution architect Lenin, left the flower in his memory.
