The famed fashion photography duo celebrate 20 years of collaboration with a show and photo saleAlong with the likes of Sean and Seng and Inez and Vinoodh, Mert and Marcus are undoubtedly one of fashion’s most beloved photography double acts. Since meeting in 1994,  Turkish Mert Alas and Welsh Marcus Piggott have been collaborating on shoots and campaigns, capturing everyone from supermodels to super celebrities (including Madonna, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, Rihanna and Kim Kardashian).

Now, a new exhibition and in collaboration with Art Partner has opened in London, exploring work made between 2001 and 2014. Held at auction house Phillips’ Mayfair HQ, the show will run from October to early November, before moving on to Paris.

18 works – nine black and white and nine colour – will be up for sale for the first time, featuring models including Cara Delevingne, Guinevere van Seenus, Kate Moss, Karen Elson, Lara Stone and Natalia Vodianova.

The exhibition runs from October 24 – November 3 at Phillips, 30 Berkeley Square, London – and if you have a spare £16,000 or so lying about, you could even become the lucky owner of a new print.
