Day-Mer, the Turkish and Kurdish Community Centre published a press release stating that they are calling everyone to attend demonstrations on the 1st of May.
Day-Mer, in their release said:
To unite and live, work with equal let’s gather together on the 1st of May!”
Thousands of labourers are about to unite in one to celebrate and remember the efficacy of labour and the fight for equal rights. In an era where poverty is dramatically increasing, especially in the UK there is an unequal spread in terms of salaries and payments. It is essential for us to unite.
POVERTY IS INCREASING
Latest reports show that in the UK there are 11,6m people are living under the poverty down-limit.
There is also an increasing demand on getting supplies from the Food Bank.
Day-Mer, stated that it is not the time to split into pieces but to come together to really discuss and take action against these unequal developments as this would only increase more to darken the future more. Many issues like the privatisation of the NHS are the signs of unequal spreads.
For a better, equal and non-commodified future, long live the unity of humanity!”
