A 9 YEAR-OLD BOY has been forced to go back to Lanarkshire, England, after his biological father Nabeel Arshad won the court case in gaining possesion of his son.
Logan Arshad just aged 9 was living in Marmaris, Turkey with his mother Laura Semple and stepdad Mert Aytekin, when his biological father Namr found his mother (ex-girlfriend) after making several efforts searching on Facebook. He then took to Turkey and applied to the courts in order to get his son back.
Father Nabeel Arshad, explained that the last time he saw his son was 18 months ago and said Logan had no schooling or communication. İn recent days Nabeel Arshad, took his son back from his mother and stepdad with two lawyers from the police station and returned to England. At the receiving ceremony there was an also official from the British Consulate present.
Two hours to persuade Logan
It took two hours for the young boy to be persuaded to leave his mother and stepdad and accept returning back to England with his Nabeel Arshad. Logan Arshad’s stepdad, Mert Aytekin 26 who is originally from Samsun is said to have asked for a large sum of money in returning Logan to his real dad.
“We had no intention of not giving, kidnaping or asking for money to give Logan. He has been living with me for three years and he doesn’t want to go. He hasn’t seen him since he was three years old, he doesn’t even know his dad. He’s been given to someone he doesn’t even know. His mother and us are very upset about this.”
According to the Daily Record newspaper, in Scotland, Mert Aytekin, is said to have said: “You either give us three thousand pounds, or you won’t ever see your son again.”
