DAY MER Culture and Art Festival, will be held for the 35th time this year between 4 June and 7 July. DAY MER board of directors and members distributed tasks at the North London Community Centre (KLTM) last Friday evening for the organization of the society’s longest-running festival.

DAY MER President Aslı Gül stated that they have raised the bar for this year’s festival in the light of 35 years of experience and said: “While workers in the UK are affected by rising prices and poverty, it is becoming more and more difficult to find a livable wage and a secure job. Our festival also carries the mission of knitting and strengthening the unity of workers through culture and art.”
