Date announced for West London Turkish Festival 2024

This year the 7^th West London Turkish Festival will be held on July 7^th.

The Turkish festivals, each year attracts a crowd in the thousands from various ethnic backgrounds, all eager to experience authentic Turkish culture and hospitality.

Organized by the West London Turkish Volunteers, a UK-based aid organization located in southwest London, this family-friendly festival has been running since 2016, offering a fun and affordable day out for people of all ages.

You can taste and enjoy a rich variety of delicious Turkish dishes, including gözleme, kebabs, pide, and lahmacun from Turkish cuisine. Additionally, traditional Turkish tea, ayran, or Turkish coffee prepared using traditional methods are also available.

The event will be taking place at Springwest Academy, Browells Lane, Feltham TW13 7RF from 10am to 8pm, advance tickets are £1 or £2 on the day. Proceeds from the festival will go towards the construction of a new West London Turkish community and education centre, which is one of the reasons why the festival is charging an entry fee this year.
