Young artist Cem Arda, who grew up in London and graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Middlesex University in 2021, continues to shine on the international art scene. Arda, who began his art career in the capital of England, has taken significant steps forward after graduating.
The young artist gained recognition through solo exhibitions held in London and Istanbul and began to make an impact on the European art scene. After participating in group exhibitions in the UK, he held his first solo painting exhibition titled “Soul” at Marquess Gallery in Mayfair. This exhibition, curated by Ilayda Uzunarslan, received significant attention from art enthusiasts.
Cem Arda continued his art journey without slowing down, and in August, he held his second solo painting exhibition at Kalamış Fulart Gallery in Istanbul. This exhibition, again curated by Ilayda Uzunarslan, further established the young artist’s name in the art world.
Gaining attention beyond national borders, Cem Arda won the Jury Special Award at a group exhibition in Italy and received special invitations for future exhibitions. With these achievements, Arda has been making a name for himself in the art world and presented his most beloved works to audiences at the prestigious ArtBox Project Zurich in Switzerland.
