ON Wednesday, May 3, at Iskele BREEZE, North Cyprus the new projects of Noyanlar Group of Companies, Ocean Life and Olea Residence, were introduced with a magnificent launch.
The night was attended by TRNC President Ersin Tatar, Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, Education Minister Nazım Çavuşoğlu, business people and distinguished guests from the Northern Cyprus Real Estate sector.
Noyanlar Group of Companies Sales and Marketing Director Zarif Noyan thanking the attendees of the night, stated that Noyanlar Group of Companies has signed many outstanding projects and that the trust in the company is the work of her colleagues in the right and hardworking teams, and that both projects are very ambitious.
Introducing OLEA Residences, Ocean Life and their new yacht project, highlighting that each project is truly well thought out with green space for wildlife, children’s playing areas, walking and cycling as well as restaurants, cafes and shops all just a stone’s throw away.
Ahmet Noyan, General Director of Noyanlar Group of Companies, stated he was happy to bring to life the dream of establishing a new living space in the Iskele Long Beach region at the beginning of the 2000s, with OLEA Residences and OCEAN LIFE project. Stating that this special project will bring life to the next level by blending the Mediterranean breeze with the Ocean, Ahmet Noyan thanked all the guests for attending the evening.
TRNC President Ersin Tatar also spoke he thanked Ahmet Noyan and his family, who have contributed social and economic development of the region, and said that the investment climate in the TRNC is very favourable and that it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world with its weather, sea, culture and beaches.
After the speeches, and after the video presentations of the projects that have been eagerly awaited for months, the model opening was splendid, and all the guests took photos in front of the models. Special gifts were given to the guests who attended the night and gave full marks to the projects, and the launch was completed by continuing the night with the Korhan concert.
