Fuat Oktay and his wife Hümeyra Oktay visited the West London Turkish Volunteers Association in the UK ahead of the coronation of King Charles III which they attended on Saturday 6 May.
Oktay said that the works and prayers made in the association, where King Charles III also examined the aid works carried out after the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, was closely felt in Turkey, and received information about the Turkish education, cultural activities and activities of the association.
Stating that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has built a bridge from heart to heart with Turkish citizens worldwide, Oktay said, “Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is the place where all the arrows are pointing at the moment.
