THE economist and writer Erol Basarik, who is actively involved in politics in the UK and is the founding chairman of the Reform 2000 Party, sheds light on the debates in the Turkish political world and examines the concept of ‘Güçlendirilmiş Parlamento Sistemi’ (Reinforced Parliamentary System) with examples in his new book.
