The Noyanlar Group of Companies held an introduction reception in London on Thursday 22 December, celebrating 50 years of construction as a market leader in Cyprus’s construction industry.
Bringing together members of the community, former clients, community group leaders, local Turkish and Turkish Cypriot councillors and businesspeople, the event held in north London gave the learn more about the Noyanlar Group of Companies.
A short video was shown to attendees on the history of The Noyanlar Group of Companies and how the family business evolved and developed over its 50 years to create a new approach to residential properties as well as additional survives they provided like maintenance and accommodation and car rentals.
Dr Teoman Sırrı who attended the event spoke a few words about the work of Noyanlar Group of Companies emphasising that the project is not just based on sales of homes but a lifestyle with gyms and pools, to surrounding greenery with walk paths. Dr Sırrı also shared for the first time that the Noyanlar Group of Companies are taking this a step future and understand the real need for health care in the area they will be opening Long Beach Medical Centre, adding they have already purchased an ambulance and are looking for at the second one.
Introduction four new projects currently underway Noyanlar Group of Companies Sales Representative Coskun Tunçkaya gave a presentation on The OLEA Residence, Bellagio, Sea Breeze and Ocean Life underlining the design of the developments that have carefully planned from underground parking options, luxury amenities, rooftop bars, shops and green Spaces in a location just a stone throw away from the coastline for all budget with payment options and instalment options available.
Tunçkaya said “We are creating a lifestyle standard, we’ve seen there is something missing and we have to meet this. We also saw that for young people and Turkish Cypriots in London there is no long term payment options and with our project like OLEA Residence we have addressed this.”
Also revealed for the first time that the four more projects at the event a quick look at their future plans with Neo Residence, Vita Silva, Miracle Residence and Iskele Bogaz Marina Konsept Projesi.
Managing Director Ahmet Noyan emphasised that with the support of Turkish Cypriots in London The Noyanlar Group of Companies has now grown internationally over its 50 years “It’s because of you we set out on this journey and we were about to stand, that’s why for those looking to return to become owners on our island for our third and fourth generation, without losing our connections. With 10 year long term instalment plans our company stands by your side.”
Adding that along with the founder is father Gokhan Noyan and uncle Mustafa Noyan social issues are at the front of their minds and look at how they can make a difference. Always looking to support the Turkish Cypriot community not just in Cyprus, but here in the UK as well “In 2023 we have to make bigger promises, to schools here and community groups with our businesspeople there we need to set a budget to be closer to you and support you. Because if with we have 50-60,000 citizens living in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, there are more of you living here than we have at home.”
Announcing that they making donations to Turkish Schools, 10 schools received a donation on the night TRNC Education Attaché Metin Harper introduced Ahmet Noyan to the head teachers of the school who thanked him for the support they had received.
Following the talks, guests were able to learn more about the project from the Noyanlar Group of Companies team given brochures and enjoyed the evening with drinks and food.
