THE ‘International Food & Drink’ fair, the leading event of the UK for food and beverage companies, took place at a 3-day event in Excel from 21 to 23 March. For over 42 years, IFE’s International Food and Beverage Event has been at the heart of the food and beverage community, inviting retailers, wholesalers and foodservice professionals to taste, test and source products from a global list of manufacturers.
Leading Turkish companies took their places in the fair, which was held with intense participation. Successful companies from England, Turkey and Northern Cyprus took their places in Excel, one of the biggest fairgrounds in London, and showed up at the ‘International Food & Drink’ fair.

For the first time in three years, 30,000 food and beverage professionals gathered face-to-face at the UK’s largest food and beverage event to celebrate the resilience of the food and beverage industry. With well-known names such as Holland & Bazaar and Gima UK, which have a long and successful history in the food industry in England, also participated in the fair with their own stands.
Attracting thousands of people, the event featured stands from over 100 countries as well as holding seminars and talks, advice and award shows. The event showcases food and drinks with samples available for guests to try and learn more helping create new connections across the sector from distribution, to suppliers and consumers.
Under the international section of the event stands for Turkey where a number of international suppliers attended to display their goods.
