The UK’s most anticipated fashion trade show event welcomed an abundance of acclaimed industry professionals who delivered powerful seminars and workshops took place in London between 23-25 July 2017 at Olympia London.
Welcoming a wide range of collections, the fashion show also accommodated 17 different Turkish brands to be showcased at the globally acclaimed trade show. With over 7,000 high-calibre visitors attending each season to source from over 800 brands, the exhibitors were in a prime position to sell to and forge relationships with independent boutiques, multiples, department stores and online stores.
Amongst the Turkish designers, Çiğdem Akın also exhibited her 2018 Summer collection with a dominant taste of creamy colours and light shaded red textures. Representing the Turkish brands, Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporter Associations President Özkan Karaca talked to Londra Gazete by saying: “We are utterly happy about the high volume of interest to our stands – it is also another pride that one of the Turkish designers, Deniz Berdan has been awarded as the “Best Emerging Artist” here at Pure London 2017.
A Pure London spokesperson also said:
“With the Athleisure industry booming (the UK market now valued at £7bn*), there’s more attention than ever on this burgeoning show sector. Thousands of high-calibre visitors attend each season to source from over 700 brands show-wide and our Pure Athleisure exhibitors are in a prime position to sell to and forge relationships with independent boutiques, multiples, department stores and online stores looking for their next collections.”
