Free rental management in Enfield

Enfield Council’s Private Sector Leasing scheme is offering a free property management service for landlords removing the hassle of letting their property and providing them with strong incentives to join the scheme.

The Council is looking for self-contained one, two, three and four bedroom properties anywhere in Enfield.

In return Enfield Council is offering a free management service; three year leases direct with the council and not the tenants; guaranteed rent paid quarterly in advance, and no deductions for void periods.

Cllr Ahmet Oykener, Enfield Council’s Cabinet Member for Housing, says, “Good landlords are a valuable resource in the borough and as part of our commitment to working with them we will manage the properties for our landlords; pay a guaranteed rent for an agreed three year period and offer a cash incentive of a minimum one-off payment of £3,000.

“Demand for more family homes in the borough is growing. Through this scheme we can ensure that we place people in good quality housing.”
