Ali Riza Degirmencioglu Turkish School celebrated the Teachers’ Day by throwing an exclusive dinner event at one of North London’s best Turkish restaurants, Kervan.
As a Turkish School that offers weekend courses on Turkish and GCSE, AS and A2 Levels, the school celebrated the significance of being teachers and school staff over the delicious treats of Kervan. Many distinguished guests like the school principal Sertab Kemal, Britain Turkish Women Charity Vice President Funda Aksanoğlu, Northern Cyprus Education Attaché Gülgün Özçelik, Pelin Değirmencioğlu and many other familiar faces from the community did attend the event.
As the joyous night carried on bringing communities together, many teachers and school staff also had moments to talk to the local press on the school’s future press releases and prospective plans.
