Organising its 9th annual day, Bozca-Der solidarity evening took place at Kervan Wedding Hall on the 26th of October. Starting off at 6pm, many guests start to descend in to the hall in the early minutes of the evening. As artists Emre Saltık, Zuhal, Grup Abdal performed one of the most known songs, hundreds of guests relished the festive night with the spirit of togetherness and friendship. Bozca-Der’s general secretary Ergül Kömür, in his speech, tackled the standpoint of Bozca-Der by referring to the organisation’s vision and mission and proudly where they are today.
“As days pass by, we are getting stronger as a unit that promotes equality regardless of age, race, ideology and gender. Our strong growth in the UK is now also enhanced by our board of directors which made impeccable contributions to the dynamics of Bozca-Der and the community”
As the main sponsors, Nil’s Furniture and Advantage Solicitors spokespeople also expressed their gratitude and happiness to be a part of the evening. “Supporting such an organisation like Bozca-Der, which stands for being a big inspiration for our community is a pleasure and we are so happy to be here and support Bozca-Der” .
