As one of the primary issues was the future of Ankara Anlaşması (the ECAA Visa for Turkey citizens), CHP UK President Suna Akartuna said: “We have been striving to be more active and hard working in the UK as CHP. We have an election congress on the doorway upcoming, I shall not be running as a nominee but I know and believe the elected president will be an asset for our community”

Ensuring the future of Ankara Agreement will carry on functioning despite the worries, Mr Karataş also stated that people who will be applying for visas or extensions until next Spring may be holding an advantage as the process is expected to be accelerated due to the latest reports came from the Home Office.
