On the 25th of July, the Suleymaiye Foundation introduced The Elementary Education project that provides two separate programs running for four weeks for both bordering and day school.
Mehmet Yilmaz, coordinator of the project provided information as he said: “before anything, we aim to teach our children the principles of our religion and focus on teaching them to learn the Quran.” Yilmaz provided content about the program by saying that the day school takes place between 11:00 to 15:00 and for the bordering program, the children will receive religious education including learning about the Quran as well as participating in social activities.
Once their education as well as the four week Quran course comes to an end, the children will display the knowledge they gained from their training at their graduation program.
