Northwest England Turkish Community, brought famous Turkish folk music singers Sabahat Akkiraz and Tayyar Erdem in Manchester.
The unforgettable concert that took place at the Stockport Collee Peter Barkworth on the 11th June, had a charitable status for the sake of the Turkish community. Sabahat Akkiraz, while singing her new and old songs accompanying her was the bağlama virtuoso Tayyar Erdem. Erdem also amazed the listeners by his backing vocals and worth-seeing performance on the bağlama.
The event never seen applauses soothing down as the interest for the artists were extremely prideful. Manchester locals, stated that they are looking forward to see Akkiraz and her crew in Manchester as soon as possible.
