0Harvey Binnie and Celia Brown will talk and show a film about the construction of the “First Bosphorus Bridge” which was designed by the late Dr. William Brown of Freeman Fox and Partners. The event will be designed as a short film screening and talk, as remembering Dr. William Brown.
