CHP UK is returning with a new strategy

Last week, Sunday, CHP UK gathered to present and argue their new strategy of organisation within the United Kingdom.

The process of planning began during late August, 2015 until now.

Suna Akartuna: “Our aim is to become a united and strong voice”

President of CHP UK, Suna Akarturan, said even though the organisation is only one-years-old, it has accomplished a lot of great things.  And that the organisation is unified and strong in its approach to all it plans to do and does. Also, she added that CHP UK will represent electoral candidates well and have done so with one candidate already.

“After all that we have struggled for, we have accomplished very promising things. However, it is clear that there’s still a lot more to do. As an organisation, we believe in democracy, Ataturk’s values and populism, and will do all we can for this Republican cause, with citizens of the Turkish Republic in the UK.”

Our strategic work is continuing

The Coordinator of Strategy, Fusun Yaman, said: “We are going to create a political framework for our members and the public. So, for this reason, we invite all members – and the public – to add to the organisation’s strategic partnerships, communication, finance – giving an important, positive additive to Turkey.”
