A NEW PROJECT for women has been set up by the British Women’s Platform (Ingiltere Kadin Platformu), – “Supporting Women Entrepreneurs”, a promotion day is set to take place on Thursday 3 December at Myra Restaurant in Southgate, North London.
Head of the platform Nilgün Yıldırım has announced that after the Rainbow Rainbow project and ESOL courses, she has launched a new project called “WE” (Women in Enterprise) , ESOL kursları ardından “WE””Biz” (Women in Enterprise). She explained that after being formed in 2008 we have shown how we are different and taken part in both social and economy sectors.
The event will begin at 12 noon and give vital information and details on what the project will involve.
It will include entertainment from famous Turkish artist Nusret Gümüşboğa and last until around 15.30. The most recent statistics from England show that women are given the same opportunity in expressing their views and ideas as entrepreneurs as men, then almost 1 million are expected to enter the economic sector. Views on this will also be discussed at the event.
