Food writer and chef Meliz Berg, also known as Meliz Cooks, will be hosting a special cooking workshop at Jamie Oliver’s Cookery School on September 17.
During the event, participants will join Berg in preparing a live Turkish-Cypriot feast featuring recipes from her latest book, Dinner Tonight, offering a rich and flavorful culinary experience.
During the workshop participants will get the chance to make a few of Mel ost well know dishes including stuffed savoy cabbage rolls, creamy meze dip, ocakbaşı style salad and cypriot bread.
