Day-Mer calls for solidarity with the Palestinian people

Day-Mer called for solidarity with the Palestinian people in a statement thaey saying:  We condemn Hamas’ attacks on Israel, in which many Israeli civilians were killed, injured and kidnapped, and we share the pain of the Israeli people.

“Thousands of Palestinians, including hundreds of children and women, lost their lives in the bombardment launched by the Israeli government against the Gaza Strip in retaliation. Violence escalates with each passing hour, turning into a spiral of violence that will leave only destruction and death in its wake. This spiral must be broken and Israel’s siege and embargo aimed at punishing the entire Palestinian people must end immediately.

“Israel, backed by imperialists, is constantly attacking the Palestinian people, whose lands it has occupied for decades, and is preventing the Palestinian nation’s right to self-determination by force of arms. The United States and European countries, especially Britain, which is the main responsible for the disintegration of Palestinian lands, are once again turning a blind eye to Israel’s war crimes and brutality. With the courage it receives from them, Israel can continue its reckless occupation, tyranny and denial of rights…
