ATMB held Iftar event in London

The European Turkish Brands Association (ATMB) introduced its new board of directors at the iftar event they hosted.

Welcoming guest ATMB President Vehbi Keleş, stated that as the union and Turkish business people, they have done their part for those affected by the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş and they will continue to do so in the future.

The iftar was attended by Turkish Ambassador to London Koray Osman Ertaş, Turkish London Consul General Bekir Utku Atahan and many business people and guests.

“The gathering of industrialists, investors, financiers, lawyers and entrepreneurs operating in many different fields from different sectors here tonight is very important for the economic development of our beautiful country, Turkey” Keleş said

Adding “As the new president of the Brands Association, I would like it to be known that we will do our best to increase the trade volume between the United Kingdom and Turkey, as well as our board of directors and advisory board.”

The members of the board of directors included Chair Gima UK CEO Vehbi Keleş, Vice-Chair CEO of Truede  Zeynep Turudi, CEO of Aytac Gıda Recep Ercan, CEO of Albruesan  Ali Keskinbıçak and CEO of Pitacss Limited Levent Acı.

Also on the board of members are Ducket Dentals CEO Dr Ahmet Mehri , Istikbal Furniture Director in London Ramazan Güncegör , CEO Doğtaş-Yataş UK Reşat Guliyev, CEO of BiCity Mehmet Şar, CEO of Vatan Catering Tekstil, Tuncel Nalbantoğlu, , CEO of Bowling and Co Hüseyin Hüseyin, LGMO Consultancy Ltd Ahmet Ferruh Öncü and Stone Crest CEO Murat Yurtseven

Mustafa Köker, the founder of Eurovizyon & Eurobusinesslife, was the general secretary of the union.

Speaking at the night, Ambassador Ertaş said: “Countries and diplomacy also have a brand value.” He said that the presence of Turkish brands all over the world also contributes to Turkey’s brand value.
