DERVIS Ali Kavazoglu and Kostas Mishaulis, Cypriot politicians and members of the AKEL trade unionist, were commemorated in London on their 58th death anniversary.
A commemoration evening will be held on Monday, April 3, for Kavazoğlu and Misaulis, who were assassinated on April 11, 1965. The main speakers of the evening are AKEL Member of the European Parliament Giorgos Giorgiou and the general secretary of the Republican Turkish Party, Asım Akansoy.
The event at the Cyprus Community Center at Earlham Grove, Wood Green London, N22 5HJ from 7.30pm.
