A Middlesbrough artist is bridging cultures with the release of her bilingual pop songs.
Rising independent artist, Jay Moussa-Mann, is making a splash with the release of her debut pop album. Born to a British mother and Turkish Cypriot father, Jay seamlessly blends her unique heritage into her music, singing in both English and Turkish.
Jay’s self-titled album, is a celebration of her dual heritage and showcases her ability to seamlessly blend different cultures and languages in her music. The album features a mix of upbeat pop tracks and emotional ballads, with a bilingual track that stands out as a highlight. The song’s lyrics deal with the theme of identity and connection, which are both universal and relatable.
