KTTO held a reception in London

THE Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (KTTO) held a reception at the Grand Palace Banqueting Suite on Tuesday, November 8th.

President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Erin Tatar and his wife Sibel Tatar, KTTO President Turgay Deniz, KTTO management members and business people from England attended the reception.

Tatar congratulated the members of the board of directors, expressing that the work of the KTTO is important, and stated that they are proud of the achievements of Turkish Cypriot business people in London; “Your acting together will make us stronger,” he said.

Tatar noted that there has been a great breakthrough in the TRNC and that foreign and domestic investments are increasing day by day. “Attracting more tourists from the UK to the TRNC is a contribution to the country.”

Expressing that the UK should not do more injustice to the Turkish Cypriot people, Tatar emphasized that they will increase the dose of contacts in order for the UK to reconsider its policy regarding Cyprus and to abandon the injustices and embargoes applied to the Turkish Cypriot people.
