ASUK will be holding a panel on “Being a Woman in Turkey”

ATATÜRK Society UK (ASUK) is holding a panel on “Being a Woman in Turkey” on Saturday, February 19, on the 96th anniversary of the adoption of the Turkish Civil Code.

The online panel, organised by ASUK, will take place via Zoom at 18:00. According to the information ADDP shared on social media, the guest speakers and artists who will participate in the event are as follows: Former Minister of State, academic Önay Alpaço, chair of the Turkish lawyer women’s association, Sureyya Turan and Banu Karaca, the best female pop artist of the year.

ASUKChair Jale Özer called for participation in the panel, using the expression “We will be very happy to see all our members and friends among us”.
