ORGANISING a fundraising event for SMA patient Baby YağmurDeniz Tok, Zaza FC London has started an ongoing campaign kicking it off with a live on Tuesday, June 1.
Zaza FC, which takes part in the Turkish Community Football Federation and as well as leagues in England like the London Cup matches, has made a name for itself in London in a short time like 2 years.
This time, Zaza FC London came to the fore with its social responsibility projects. Organizing a live broadcast on its social media accounts in order to draw attention to SMA disease, raise awareness and donations to help with the treatment for SMA is said to be the most expensive in the world.
In his statement, Ömer Baraç, the President of the club, said, “When we founded this club, our priority was never sportive success. We wanted to give a target to the migrant children living here. Our priority has always been people. Today, we have decided to take the initiative in an issue that we consider more important and prioritized than all sports achievements. We will do our best for the health of a child. We had similar help last year, but this time we will do this live broadcast to get a better result. Our children are more precious than anything else. Our children are not only our future but our present as well. I would like to thank everyone who has already participated and supported.”
