The Turkish & Kurdish Community Centre, Day-Mer will be holding a workshop next Monday on digital skills.
The 3-week course will be looking at improving participants digital skills, from emails to social media and more skills that will help day to day life.
In a statement, Day-Mer said: “The use and importance of digital technology increased in the Covid-19 era. Those who did not know how to use digital technology could not watch or read broadcasts online, especially. It will be important to learn digital technology or to improve it if we have little knowledge. Therefore, as Day-Mer, we organized a 3-week Digital Technology Course. The first course will take place on Monday, May 24, 11-12, at Day-Mer, Howard Road N16 8PU.
In our course, you will be taught how to reply to messages from Universal Credit, how to open and use an Email account, how to use Facebook and WhatsApp. Participation is free and open to all age groups over 16 years old.
