Today (February 1) a Covid-19 Test Centre has opened at British Alevi Federation (BAF) headquarters in Enfield, north London.
In a statement, they said: “As the British Alevi Federation, we will open our doors to science and healthcare workers in these days, when the fight against coronavirus is still intense.
This pandemic has taken lives from us. Many people are still struggling to survive.
Measures must be taken to avoid losing a single life. For this reason, having a test means keeping your closest ones alive.
We open the doors of our institution as the Covid Test Centre in order to provide more and faster testing opportunities…”
The centre has been set up together with the support of the NHS and local council.
