The UK death rate has passed another grim milestone again with over 1,000 death reported in the daily update.
1,041 people died within 28 days of testing positive for the virus, along with another 62,322 cases.
Today’s numbers are up on yesterday’s increase of 60,916 cases and 830 deaths.
