PRESIDENCY for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) welcomes citizens travelling from European countries to Turkey by distributing hygiene packages.
With the arrival of summer, there are thousands of people living away from their homeland and families, therefore most Turkish families prefer to drive to Turkey to spend their summer holiday there and visit families.
Just like every other year, citizens are driving from European countries to Turkey, YTB is pursuing efforts to ensure healthy and safety for these travellers due to Covid-19.
At the Serbia border YTB staff members are distributing hygiene packs for citizens travelling. Hygiene packages consist of 5 disinfectant gels, 5 antiseptic wipes and 5 medical masks.
In addition to helping citizens at the border crossings, YTB staff members also provide various informative resources for travel safety. A WhatsApp call line has been created by YTB to answer the questions of citizens.
