THE Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) chairman Abdullah Eren shared his Eid message saying:

“We endeavoured to stand by our citizens abroad with the works we carried out both during Ramadan-i Şerif and during the COVID19 process. In this context, we have reached over 150 thousand people with 64 NGOs in 15 countries with the “COVID19 Cooperation and Support Program” we have implemented. In addition to the food and hygiene support boxes, 80 thousand masks produced with the contributions we offer to our NGOs were among the important outcomes of the social solidarity that we strongly demonstrated when needed. We have successfully accomplished these efforts in our cognitive and relative geographies.
Hopefully, we will survive the COVID19 pandemic with health and we will come together with excitement during many Ramadan to come. I congratulate the blessed Eid al-Fitr of each of our citizens abroad, our precious nation, and I wish peace and well-being for all of humanity.”
YTB has been helping members of the Turkish speaking community and Turkish citizens across the globe during the pandemic, with food aid, essential good and safety protection products and equipment that has reached over 150,000 people in need including many in the UK and London.
