Vatan Party: ‘Stop UK support for PKK and FETO’

Vatan Party Deputy Chairman and European Representative Ali Mercan, made a press statement on Saturday, May 4, in London, description terrorist organisation in Britain and anti-Turkey and racist against Muslims, calling for opposition to discriminatory policies.

Demanded that the relations between the two countries based on the principle of mutual benefit and developed in accordance with international law.

In his statement, he said:  “Britain is a place where PKK-FETÖ terrorist organizations are specially protected. The PKK is officially recognized as a terrorist organization in Europe. …. All our citizens living in the UK, our democratic mass organizations, our foreign representations must fight hand in hand against organizations operating in Britain and the anti-Turkey stance should request from the authorities in accordance with international law. ”

” Vatan Party, supports the necessary steps to be fair to all of our citizens against England as the European Representative of Turkey; UK Government and official institutions to refrain from behaviour that would interfere in Turkey’s internal affairs and support for the separatist terrorist organization like the PKK and FETO. We urge you to withdraw immediately! ”

“As in all of Europe, xenophobia in England, racism predominantly shows itself as Turkish and Muslim hostility. The unemployment rate of Turkish citizens is two to three times higher than that of EU citizens…”
