Transformation merges with art

Under the sponsorship of the Limasollular Association UK, the “Transformation and Art” project has restarted after a short break.

The transformation and art project takes place at the Turkish Cypriot Community Centre located in Green lanes, Haringey, during the time period of 11.30 – 14.30 on Fridays. Along with the guidance of Münnever Borova and many participants.

The project is based upon the principle of evolving and reversion. Participants in particular believe that everything a woman touches with love is beautiful. Thus, this project allows the participants to illustrate their love with transformation and art.

Arife Retvan, President of Limasollular Association, made the following remarks about the transformation and art project:

“As Limasollular Association, we are carrying out an art activity under the Transformation Project and we are trying to provide services to our members also for those who are not members of our association too. We are evaluating the smallest things we have, such as magazines, newspapers, or products that do not work at all, and we transform it into produce art. The art work we are producing in particular are circulated upon our cultural.”
