TELFORD MP remarks that white working class girls are traded for sex.
Conservative MP Lucy Allan has told fellow ministers and politicians that in regard to certain reports, there are claims that almost 1,000 children have only been targeted in her constituency and there are more in other constituencies too, she stated.
Speaking at a Westminster Hall debate, Ms Allan said the girls had “multiple vulnerabilities”.
In regards to the report published by a local newspaper in the constituency, it was stated that mainly groups of Asian men were targeting vulnerable white teenagers in the town since 1980s. Ms Allan said the girls were targeted because of their backgrounds.
Ms Allan said she was concerned difficult family backgrounds led authorities to see victims as “troublemakers” who were “too difficult” to deal with.
