The Queen, 91, boarded the train at King’s Lynn in Norfolk.The monarch returns to London prior to spending Christmas at Sandringham.
After spending time with family friends the Queen returned to London with her vibrant orange coat and matching silk headscarf for the journey. The 91 year old Queen retained a low profile over the festive and was only seen when she visited church with Prince Philip, 96. The Queen will spend spring within her residences in south England before heading to Balmoral, in Aberdeenshire, for the summer.
