A MOTHER recently found out she will be giving birth to conjoined twin girls which can never be separated.
Fuschia Gaskin and husband Quincy, are preparing to welcome their twins later this month. In an interview Fuschia stated: “We were excited, then the scan was continuing, then we were told there are two babies and not just one. We thought even better, but then they said the twins are conjoined and we instantly thought that’s scary.”
The couple in due course went for additional ultrasounds to discover which organs the twins shared. They were told the twins share their heart and liver, everything else is separate. Doctors told the Gaskins that the chances of a pregnancy like theirs are just one in 200,000.
