“Naughty Turkish” wins Love Island 2017

The “naughty Turk” Kem Cetinay has won the Love Island 2017, with his girlfriend Amber Davies. Love Island winners Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies are said to be planning their wedding already.

The couple, who walked away Love Island winners – and with £50,000 – from the ITV2 dating show, are reportedly planning to have a “shotgun wedding” and are already talking about kids.

They were mobbed by fans as they flew back into the UK alongside their reality show co-stars, and now they’re planning to really start their lives together. And according to the Daily Star , they’re planning to have a “shotgun wedding”.

‘We were at it like rabbits’: Love Island winners Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies talk endless sex sessions and marriage. In one final twist, after the winners were announced, Love Island presenter Caroline Flack handed Kem and Amber an envelope each.

On opening these envelopes, it was revealed that Kem, 21, had won the £50,000 prize, while 20-year-old Amber was not entitled to a penny. “Are you here for love or money?” Flack asked Kem, who duly agreed to split the winnings with Amber, despite one audience member imploring him to share the money with Chris. “Of course I’m going to share it,” Kem laughed before hugging Amber.

In an interview with Flack, Kem said: “The first few weeks were so challenging and we struggled to bring our barriers down […] We were pushing each other away. It was pointless pushing each other away.”

“When you get to know someone it’s so different. Type is nothing now. Paper means nothing,” Amber added, a reference to her suggestion early in the series that Kem wasn’t her “type on paper”.

Immediately after the programme, it was announced that Love Island would be returning for a fourth series in 2018.

Head of Digital Channels & Acquisitions at ITV, Paul Mortimer, said: “We couldn’t be more thrilled with how Love Island fever has gripped the nation. Now established as the perfect series to start the summer, we’re delighted to be bringing the show back for our young adult audience in 2018.”
