The Turkish Word “Gurbet” stands for defining those who had left their countries to start a new life, a new chapter in their life regardless of how much they would start missing their memories, people and events.
Organised by Semra Eren Nijher, an exhibition and book event on different backgrounded women’s stories in London is now available to be seen at the Pictoren Gallery. The opening ceremony will take place on 4 July at 6.30 PM with the opening speech from Cllr. Peter Herrington and Enfield Council Member Suna Hurman.
