English Parliament’s Cypriot Turkish member and Liberal Democrat Party’s equality spokesperson Baroness Meral Ece, had rejections for her visa clearence from the US Government.

For representing the English Parliamentary, the Baroness is supposed to attend two important meetings in Washington and New York. As London Turkish Gazette, we were able to talk to the Baroness as she states the event could have cropped up due to her past travels to Sudan. On the date 27th April, she stated the negotiations are still ongoing.

BBC Foreign news reporter and Liberal Democrat member Jonathan Fryer, commented on the event as “Well, Washington has just shot in their own feet – this private relationshio has göne too far”.
