Main Sponsorship from Emrullah Turanlı for the Turkish Cypriot Cultural Festival

Taşyapı Construction, the company behind Ercan Airport, Cyprus’s largest, most modern, and environmentally friendly airport equipped with the latest technology and a prominent investor in Turkey and across the globe, has been announced as the main sponsor of the 8th Turkish Cypriot Cultural Festival, which will be held in the United Kingdom this year.

Emrullah Turanlı, Chairman of the Board at Taşyapı, expressed his deep affection for the Turkish Cypriot community and his strong appreciation for Cypriot culture and values. He stated that he is proud and pleased to serve as the main sponsor of the festival.

Turanlı emphasized that the festival plays a significant role in preserving the traditions and customs of Cypriot culture, reinforcing cultural unity and community solidarity.

Highlighting the importance of keeping cultural values alive, Turanlı said, “It is a distinct honor for us to contribute to a festival organized by our Cypriot brothers and sisters living in the UK, whose hearts still beat with love and longing for Cyprus. Festival to Take Place Over Two Days

Organized by the Council of Turkish Cypriot Associations UK (CTCA UK), the Turkish Cypriot Cultural Festival will be held on June 28 and 29, 2025, at Donkey Lane in Enfield.

The two-day event will run from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will bring together culture, music, dance, and solidarity, once again celebrating the rich heritage of the Turkish Cypriot community in London.

Festivalgoers will enjoy a vibrant program that includes live music performances and DJ sets, folk dances and stage shows by various artists, traditional Turkish Cypriot food and drink, stalls offering handmade products, and much more.
