Limassol Association held their annual Cultural Bazaar on Sunday, September 22nd in Haringey, London. The association will spend the proceeds of this year’s Bazaar to purchase wheelchairs for those in need living in North Cyprus.
The Bazaar started with a presentation by Vice President Duygu Tağmaç.
The association chair Arife Retvan, emphasize social awareness and social solidarity in the events they hold in London, were present at this event with a full staff and ensured that the event went well.
Retvan said in her speech that since the day we were founded, “We are where the need is. We try to support wherever help is needed in every subject, in every context and under every condition without straining our conditions. We are trying to rejuvenate our association and be with both our people living abroad and our country’s people in need with different and very useful events.”
The charity bazaar was attended by the The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus’s (TRNC) Vice Consuls Esma Eroğlu and Mustafa Erçakıca, who are on duty at our TRNC London Representation, the event was also attended by CCTA President Kenan Nafı and association managers, members and community members.
